Do you guarantee views or new customers?
No. We deliver the agreed content. Audience growth, leads, and sales depend on factors beyond editing, including your offer, audience, and distribution.
Do you publish to my accounts?
This package delivers files for you to publish. We do not need your social media passwords.
What if my recording is unsuitable?
We discuss quality and suitability before accepting the project. Start by describing the recording. Avoid including confidential client information in your initial request.
Do you offer English and French?
Tell us your preferred language in your request. We confirm language availability before accepting the project. The starter price covers one language; translation requires a separate quote.
How do payment and revisions work?
We email a quote with scope, timing, payment terms, and any applicable taxes before you commit. The package includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed scope. Extra deliverables need a separate quote.
